Prices are in Canadian dollars and are subject to change without notice. Taxes will be added if applicable.

Payment terms: Net 30 days upon credit approval, accounts that are overdue, will be charged interest. Pre-payment is required on first order. We accept Visa, Master Card and Interac.

Shipping: F.O.B. Montreal Quebec, if merchandise is in stock, shipping will be on the same day (order has to be given before 2h00 PM, eastern time). Back orders, shipping will be communicated to you with reception of order.

All orders will be shipped via Purolator prepaid and charge to your invoice. If you want the use of another carrier (collect), please advise on your purchase order. We are not responsible for delays due to the transport company.

Shipping third parties: Supply us with packing slips and stickers.

Cancellation: On custom products, no cancellation will be taken after order reception. After that date, a written request is required, and any work that has been done will be billed at an accumulated cost.

Return: Stock and non-custom products can be returned within 10 days of reception. 20% of re-stocking will be applied. Please call to get approval on return. Shipping cost will not be credited, and goods must be shipped pre-paid. Custom made goods are not returnable.

Warranty: Our equipment is covered by this following warranty: a three months guarantee on parts and labours.

Service and repairs: Call us for assistance, if your equipment requires factory service. Repairs will be made in our Montreal plant.

Trademarks: Any products and logos printed in this catalogue appear only to illustrate the basic products and ability to include messages and art. They do not imply any endorsement, nor is any item with the specific logos for sale to anyone other than the parties expressly authorized by or for the trademark owners.

Supplied logos will be accepted as being legal in all regards to the various trademark and copyright laws. The factory bears no responsibility for legal infringements and will not be held responsible for any infringements of these laws. It is assume that the clients have obtain all due permission of reproduction of these logos and trademarks.
